The Alliance advocates for improved access to excellent home health care as well as hospice and palliative care and related services to meet the health care needs of people living with an advanced, chronic or life-threatening illness or condition, their families and caregivers in the location of their choosing.

The Home Care, Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance has an affiliate organization, the Granite State Home Health & Hospice Association, that advocates on behalf of home care agencies and the clients they serve. A portion of member dues supports this lobbying activity. Granite State Home Health & Hospice has two registered lobbyists in New Hampshire who monitor legislation at the State House and direct lobbying activities.
Membership in the Home Care Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance of New Hampshire offers these opportunities, all with the goal of helping home care & hospice agencies provide the best possible care to New Hampshire's residents. The Alliance fosters a collaborative spirit among our members. Agency leaders actively participate in regular membership meetings, affinity groups and committees where we share ideas, concerns and best practices.
