Age at Home's Geriatric Care Manager can assist seniors and or their families with the challenges of aging such as finding appropriate housing, in home care, referrals to medical providers or elder attorneys. Our Care Manager is trained and experienced in gerontology and psychology with a specialized focus on issues related to aging and elder care.

Age at Home has been a pandemic lifeline for my mother since in-person visiting has been limited by her CCRC. Some weeks Renee & Heather are the only human contact she has. And Emilie & Joann have also been great over the previous few years. Erika in the office helps me tremendously by automatically sending copies of the invoices to the LTC insurance company. During this stressful time it has been a HUGE relief knowing that she has a caring team in place. I highly recommend AgeatHomeNH.com!

I cannot recommend Age at Home more highly. Laurel Trahan's commitment to her clients and the way she runs her business is amazing! Families can really use her services these days, as folks are wanting to stay in their homes as they age. Whether they live alone, or with a family member, Age at Home is such a great help and relief. I honestly can’t imagine not having this service for my Mom.
