Ewa Beach is located on the leeward coast of Oahu. Ewa is used as a direction, meaning west, due to its western location on the island. With a number of highways running through it, Ewa is close to Kapolei, Pearl City, the airport and the military housing of Barbers Point. Close to the H1 freeway, Honolulu is about 35 minutes away during non peak traffic hours, although traffic in this area can be heavy.

For some time, the neighborhood has become a symbol for the visitors to experience authentic Hawaii. In fact, when you look at our vacation rentals within Kahala, you see some of the most dazzling and expensive and luxurious beachfront properties in the Aloha State.
The quaint beach community of Kailua, located on windward Oahu just 20 minutes from downtown Honolulu, offers an alternative to busy city life. Neighborhoods boast tree lined streets, bicycle lanes, and ample access to white sandy beaches. Kailua residents have a true sense of community which gives the town of 38,600 its small-town look and feel.
