Let me start off by saying how amazing all the staff are!
The managers here are so kind and you can tell they put so much effort into maintaining the property. Everything is so clean and maintained all the time.
The complex is very quiet which we love but don’t be fooled by that because there’s plenty of children here, it’s such an awesome place to have a family. And also if you don’t have kids as well because you wouldn’t even know there were very many children here because of how silent it is at times. It’s so peaceful and we feel super safe and secure.

I accidentally grabbed wrong keys lock out need meds, on site manger called them explained the situation she stated that it is after hours and that I need to call a locked Smith she refused to open my apartment. This just happened at 11 am its not after hours. It's not noon. Theu live here they awnser the phone, but cant unlock my door. I think this is cruel. Alma mendoza

Pros: Landscape is maintained twice a week, amenities are very nice, property managers are respectful, apartment maintenance is efficient.
Cons: Not enough parking spaces. One designated space per apartment is not enough. Barely enough space for tenants, couldn't imagine having guests. No area designated for large vehicles such as work trucks. My husband was told to park his $200K truck with $50K worth of tools out on the street.
Edit: After some time we discovered they are very discriminate against families with children. I watched several neighbors with kids get chased out by property management

I lived at Cypress for 2 years total.
My spouse and I loved living here, the amenities are great, always available at reasonable times, and all neighbors were always friendly.
We were in the bottom and never had issues with loud upstairs neighbors.
The managers are fair to everyone and if one person cannot do or have something on their balcony then it goes for all. There is no favoring.
The managers are very attentive and are always available for anything.

I lived at Cypress Pointe for almost a year. The apartment was immaculate and had modern fixtures. The grounds are meticulously well-groomed and boast green lawns, trees and shrubs. Th community is calm and quiet, with easy access to 101. Management is friendly and always available. I would have happily remained here but the commute for my new job is too long.

It's been great living at Cypress Pointe Gilroy. Management is quick to respond to issues in our unit and around the property. The amenities are usually in working order, and they are repaired quickly if needed. Taking the area and competition in the area into consideration, the rent we had was reasonable. Obviously it's high for anyone who isn't familiar with rent rates for the area. Other apartment units in the area do not compare to Cypress Pointe. My negatives about the complex are out of management's control such as tenants not being mindful of others in the laundry rooms, it's hard to get

We stay here over a year from May 2015 to June 2016 and we're really happy with the property management at Cypress Pointe Apartments. The community pool is always in great condition and we love the hot spa pool so much. The apartment is not gated but the neighborhood is safe. I never heard or see any vandalism or break-in to car or apartment. Work order can be requested by phone or online, and it usually completed in same or next day. Plenty of open parking spaces and one reserved car port for one apartment. Highly recommended.
