I don't live here. I went in for a tour. The community itself looks pretty from the outside. The tour began a pool and a hot tub. The person who gave us the tour was nice. However, she didn't ask us any questions when we began, such as "would you like upstairs or downstairs?" So we pretty much walked to an upstairs unit then had to walk to a downstairs unit. We are looking for a downstairs unit.
Keep in mind, it is scorching hot. The unit has an AC in the living room but not in each of the rooms. It is the AC that connects from the window that they sell at Home Depot for $200 something, so the

I lived in this excuse of a. apartment complex for 11 months. From day one my stove only had 2 working burners. i reported it and was told by the maintenance guy that it was wire on wire . The stove was manufactured in 1985 as I emailed G.E the serial number. They refused to replace it. The fan in both bathrooms shook violently and sounded like an airplane engine. The neighbors had a plumbing issue that came through our walls in the kitchen and we had to clean it and this was during covid too! And we had carpenter anys attack us literally the first week when they were doing repairs in the waterfall

I've lived in Monte Vista for almost 3 years, and me and my family love it! Beautiful landscape, common areas are kept tidy, and management and maintenance are responsive and friendly.

My family and I moved in a year ago and just renewed our lease! We moved from out of state and knew that CA was going to be extremely expensive. We were so excited to find a 2bd/2ba with a washer/dryer, cute patio, nice grounds for in the same price range as the tiny 2bd/1ba, shared laundry, crazy extra charges apartments that we saw in San Jose/Gilroy.
Humera, Manny and team have been great! They respond to communications in a timely manner, and have been very attentive to any maintenance issues that we have had so far.
Our apartment and this community definitely feel like home.

This is the worst apartment complex ever we just moved out after being there for over a year. During our inspection in the beginning there were numerous issues we noted and then during our walk through they tried to charge us for things. During our time here we had plumbing issues about 4 times even during COVID our plumbing went down and they sent us to an un used apartment along with other tenants having plumbing issues. Really during an pandemic you give multiple people access? We could’ve reported them to the county but we didn’t when we reported the plumbing issue to the manager humera

Great and accommodating service from management and the groundsman/serviceman. While there may be cheaper options, it really isn't cheaper by much, and the quality of living would be lesser. They offer a green property, full of trees and fountains that I prefer to see, over dead grass or concrete. They've been patient with us, in the occasion that we were late on rent, and while nowhere is perfect, I've had more positive experience with my 2 years here, than I have negative. 5 stars because I just haven't had any reason to give them less, outside of the cost of living, and that's just California

My husband and I just moved here a few months ago, and we really like it here. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The property is very clean and well maintained. I love that it has a pool and small gym for the tenants.

We have lived at Monte Vista for a little over three years now. We have lived in two different apartments here and recently moved to a fully renovated two bedroom, which is beautiful. We have been very happy with our apartments and with the management/maintenance. The complex is clean and well kept. One of the best aspects is its proximity to downtown Morgan Hill. We walk there very often. Overall, it’s been a great experience.
