Hi, my name is Demetra and I'm the founder of YGIA, which means "health" in Greek, in honor of my heritage. Health and wellness have always been a passion of mine. More specifically, a regular yoga practice has been a part of my life for well over 12 years. After spending a significant duration in the corporate business world, I knew it was time for a change.
