My work as a Marriage and Family therapist hinges on my experiential faith in the healing capacity of an integrated body and mind. My work utilizes Somatics, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and mindfulness based psychotherapy to help patients heal from the emotional distress associated with disturbing life experiences.
Zooga offers a variety of pricing options for all lifestyles. Want to try different classes, with no pressures on expiration date? Our Zoopaks are "flexible" and good for any class, any time, any family member, and available for one year to use. Love our classes and want to experience everything Zooga has to offer.

I love love love the camps and kids nights out you host. You are so organized and make me feel so safe leaving my son in your care. I love how well you communicate with parents before, during and after drop off events- - it makes me feel so comfortable and my son loves going there which just makes my life easier. Thank you! We are grateful to have you in the community!

Good instructor (Megan) with small class sizes. I haven't had any other instructor yet. Megan gives good adjustments and the instructions are really good. She really explains how to do each pose and adaptations that need to be done. I love that the classes are small and the instructors know our names. I like that they provide the yoga blocks and the blankets (and mats although I have my own). It is also in a convenient location there is parking in the garage. I really love that the adult classes are early in the morning or late at night because that is what works with my schedule. I liked that

This place is a gem, totally dedicated to kids yoga so the whole atmosphere and skill set is geared to get your little ones (and not so little ones) into practicing yoga in a healthy manner with the right attitude. We have a 2-year old and an 8-year old signed up and they are both having fun and getting the positive exercise.
