Easton Asian Bistro

I had the Singapore Special Mai Fun at dinner. Service was fast, the plate arrived with hot food. Flavors and textures were fine. A bit light on the curry, but it still was fresh and delicious.
Indoor dining in winter was drafty. They do plenty of takeout and the cold air sweeps in. Not their fault but more of the strip mall owner or kitchen exhaust fans.

I've cream ball dessert was good quality ice cream with a very nice dark chocolate coating.

Ordered vegetable Red Curry and got a ton of onions and peppers...not good at all.

Usually curry has mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, snap peas etc. This was only onions and peppers. Can't believe they'd even think this was okay to serve

First, I have been eating Chinese food since I was 4 years old. I was one of the first Americans to eat at Saito's Japanese Restaurant in Manhattan in the 1950s. So I have eaten thousands of Asian meals including ones from this restaurant "for delivery." But this was the first time I was going to eat in and order everything except sushi. It was truly the best lunch I have ever had! Their HONG KONG WON TON SOUP was unbelievably delicious. Their GYOZA and its SAUCE were to die for. Their Tempura "Appetizer" was large and generous with huge pieces of shrimp and two big pieces

I give high praise to this establishment. I have not eaten on-site, just to-go. They are always friendly. I even received a text when my order was ready for pick-up.

The food is very good, also. We usually splurge on an appetizer or two. Some sushi roles (cooked and raw). The quality is always there, haven't had a bad experience.

This is our place of choice when it comes to Asian cuisine to-go. We live in Bethlehem down the street from One Third and still pick this establishment.

Keep up the great food and thank you for an excellent at-home dining experience. I would love to give them five

I'm glad I gave this place another chance after my first visit. It has quickly become my go to spot for fresh fish and sashimi. I recommend the sashimi platter if you're hungry. Good service and price.

Easton Asian Bistro is a Chinese/Hibachi/Sushi restaurant located between a First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union and Supercuts. Interior is small with only a handful of booths and tables. Ordered two basic rolls, an Eel Avocado and Philadelphia, along with one of their signature rolls, a Las Vegas. Both the Eel Avocado and Philadelphia were perfect and very fresh. The Las Vegas roll was ok, but didn't stand out. I also tried some of the Green Tea Mochi, which was different than I expected, but ok.

Service was reasonably good and the prices were reasonable. Easton Asian Bistro is worth

Two experiences here:

1) Delivery with Doordash. Super fast and delivered hot and fresh.

2) Dined in with my friend. Great service. Fresh sushi and awesome steak hibachi (served on a hot plate, sizzling to perfection).

Highly recommend for reasonable prices, lots of options, and good quality food. I'm coming back for sure and definitely ordering delivery again.

Eh. Not impressed. I have gotten food there three times, I did not have a horrible experience but it was okay at best. Average tasting food, lousy soup.
Sorry, thats three strikes for me.

This is one of my go-to places for sushi! Tonight I had the Tuna Lover Roll, Spicy Crunchy Crab Roll, and Tuna Avocado Roll. They were all fresh & delicious! This is also a really easy spot to order lunch specials from. I order online & my husband can just grab lunch without waiting (or messing up my order LOL) and come home. Their curbside pickup is COVID safe too. Would definitely recommend!

I've been coming here for about two years and I'm happy we were able to find a place that serves sushi and Chinese entrees. The staff is very warm and friendly which made our experience enjoyable when we ate there. Sad thing is that they only do takeout but regardless the food is great and I recommend it to anyone. My usual is the salmon avocado roll, California roll, gyoza, and hot wings. The wings are pretty spicy. Also I like their corn seafood soup which is perfect for the colder seasons. They make a great Thai iced tea as well.

The first time trying this place it was good, we got a 5 rolls which came out to $70. The sushi was very tasty and tasted semi fresh which is good for sushi in the valley lol. But overall it was decent, the hot food would probably be better.

Great experience ordering from Easton Asian Bistro from the Yelp app! Food was ready super fast and great communication from the eatery. Big portions on food and very tasty. My son loved the Cali Roll and my hibachi chicken and steak was a bit heavy on the sauce, but great veggies and the rice was perfect. Fresh salad. They made it so easy with the take-out

Okay so sushi snob and the this place was actually pretty good. Our favorite spot is in New York so this was the first place since we've moved that we tried and we're coming back. The staff could of been more welcoming but whatever my food was bomb and my drink was full at all times!

I really Want To Heart Easton Bistro this has been my second Time ordering (Monday 6/26/18 1st sorry no pictures).
Both times were long days when I still had evenings of work and nothing in my fridge.

Here are the positives they're reasonably priced for portion size (at least comparable to Philly)
Wide variety of menu items..though I've found they don't do everything that well.
Delivery is fairly timely and so far both my orders have been correct and drivers pleasant. Also they were able to provide change as I only had $40 for my $23.XX order.

I was curious about this new spot, so I ordered lunch specials to try some stuff out. I got the gyoza appetizer, it was good but didn't care for the dipping sauce. I got shrimp pad Thai, it was basically just noodles and shrimp, the shrimp was good but there was barely any veggies. Also tried the chicken and broccoli. There was no brown sauce in the dish so it tasted pretty plain. The chicken and the broccoli were good but definitely needs some better sauce. I also ordered it with fried rice. The rice was more like Jasmine white rice with a little veggies in it. It didn't taste like
