Very professional and competitive. My due diligence period was only 4 days and we needed an inspector quick. Inspection Dr.Home inspections came to the rescue on short notice. They found defects in the property and saved us at least $3100. The sellers agreed to knock off $2500 and purchase a home year long home warranty for us, the buyers. Plus they are getting the chimney service as suggested by Dr.Home Inspections. Finally, they even called me and went over the inspection report with me. I wish I could leave 10 stars.

Alex was knowledgeable and thorough and took the time to provide me with valuable information about the home while conducting his inspection. His rates are very reasonable compared to the amount of time and care he put into the inspection. Alex was very thorough and knowledgeable both in his inspection and in making sure we understood the issues with the home. He made a point to address a specific item we had requested, providing detail and supporting pictures. In addition, because we were under a tighter than normal deadline, Alex scheduled the inspection very quickly to accommodate us.We wouldn't hesitate hiring him again.

What a great inspection company! Alex the home inspector was a great guy personally, very easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable with everything throughout the house. He took his time and thoroughly inspected our home. We did a walkthrough and he gave us lots of tips on how to maintain and keep the house in good condition. Would definitely recommend him for anyone buying their first home. Also, his prices were very reasonable compared to the quality of work he put in.

Alex is very professional and very reliable home inspector. I have dealt with him in the past and for a returned and loyal customer, he also gives excellent service and rates. He is very honest, very ethical person. He sticks to his word i.e. if he has mentioned anything related to price or his service, he sticks to that which is very nice. I rehired him but my house purchase did not work out and without hesitation, he refund my money back and his reports are very easy to understand and on the top of that, if you call and ask questions, he is always there to respond. The only reason I am providing four stars instead of five, is because the inspection Doctor did not complete an inspection on my home. I currently live out of state and the InspectorDoctor provided good information that I can use to move forward with respect to water found in my crawlspace. If I do require an inspector, it will be the Inspection Doctor that I retain.

And now - I am giving Alex 1 star because Alex needs to learn how to accept feedbacks. Yes I am giving a negative feedback because I received a report that contained errors. Flat outright errors. And more so because Alex refused to acknowledge that his report contained errors and the quality of his report is just subpar. Then - he tried contacting me numerous times while insisting that his work is great.
