Andrew B. is the best home inspector out there!! Highly recommend Andrew from Residential Inspectors of America. He is very friendly, responsive, and very thorough with our new home inspection. He performed our pre-drywall and final inspection. The inspection reports were very comprehensive and very easy to read. I have so far used their service twice in the course of my home search. The first inspector seemed to take a genuine pleasure in patiently teaching me about the home condition generally, what he was looking for and its significance, as well as answering all my many questions. I did not attend the second inspection, trusting the quality of the first and having obtained a better idea generally of it, and as with the first the report was thorough and informative. In both cases all reports ordered arrived same day, no extra charge--and in fact the second day they ensured it was, possibly expediting

We had our home inspection done today by Gerry. He was so great and very thorough with his inspection! He allowed us to take a look around and ask questions and informed us throughout the inspection of any major things he saw. We really appreciated being able to do so since we are first time homebuyers. He was excellent! Very friendly and knowledgeable! We would 110% recommend using Residential Inspector of America, they were quick to respond to us about booking the appointment and about payment questions, etc. and we would 120% recommend Gerry!
