Buyers, Sellers, Homeowners or investors. We perform home inspections according to the INTERNACHI National Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors. In Georgia, Home Inspectors are not required to be trained, certified or licensed. But at Inspectics every Home Inspection is conducted by a Certified Professional Inspector so you get more than just a Home Inspection.
Radon is a radioactive gas, but it is colorless and odorless so the only way you would know if you are at risk is with radon-specific testing. Exposure to Radon over a long period of time can be dangerous. Radon gas is the leading cause of lung cancer among non-smokers. Radon levels are not constant over time.
We are the only providers in Georgia that offer an Extended Warranty package to ensure that your radon system is working to protect you from harmful radon gas. We find that many homebuyers have systems that have been placed on the home by the previous owner with no way to know if it is in working condition or not.

Maaan!!! When I say Inspectics is NOTHING short of AMAZING!!! They were always polite, on time and super professional!! I had Radon numbers as high as 36 with an average of 19. They got my Radon numbers down to 2.2!!!! Wouldn’t recommend ANY OTHER company!! A++ service!

These guys are amazing. They came out and took care of me with my existing system that I had just had installed a couple months before by another company. The other company was awful, their Customer service was horrible and they had not done a good job on their install. They had not even connected the alarm they had put on my Mitigation system. Inspects are great from the lady who answered the phone to the technician who came out, both of them answered all my questions fully and both took their time to make sure I understood everything. Had a home inspection done.
Enjoyed the Inspector, very easy to talk to. However, prior to my report, I had a question regarding the reporting and was told to call a number, and had difficulty getting into contact. I called twice and did not get a call back. Additionally, my Inspector was 45 minutes late. Partially on my end due to listing agent not sending access code, however I do not believe it should have delayed them that much. Report was very detailed, which I appreciated. I think it would have been better to have more of the Inspector verbiage/comment added it so it flowed better with what

Wow! I moved into my home and it was identified that I may need radon mitigation. Although my numbers weren’t above the standard, I thought it was important to err on the side of safety. I contacted Inspectics for quote and Bobbi contacted me and provided a quote within 24 hours. Within 72 hours of initial contact, Fedor and Mills installed a custom radon mitigation unit fit for my space and even put it in the existing utility closet in the basement. We used Inspectics to address a radon issue that was discovered during a home inspection. Our call was answered on a Sunday and someone was out to give us an estimate the next day. We had no idea how in-depth the mitigation process was and were kept in the know during the entire process. Their price was also unbeatable!! Inspectics performed Radon Mitigation for our new house after testing high. We were concerned about the aesthetics since many radon mitigation systems other companies in Atlanta install are unsightly with a large PVC pipe extending to your roof. Unlike other companies, Inspectics uses a color matched gutter system instead of a PVC pipe to extend and exhaust radon to your roof.

We used Inspectics for a radon mitigation project. Fedor the owner is incredibly nice, professional, and thorough. Communication was great, he personally handled the tricky parts of the job to ensure they were done right, and completely cleaned up the entire job site. Not the cheapest quote you'll get, but not the most expensive, either. Easily an amazing value. He does everything "by the book" so I can only imagine how great of a home inspector he must be as well. Highly recommend him to anyone needing radon mitigation or home inspections.

Efficient, effective, and with great communication. I'd looked to a cheap solution for a radon mitigation system from a competitor first, but didn't trust the company due to bad reviews.
