Mike has been training my 12 year old son for two months now and it really has done a lot for his confidence. Mike worked with him to figure out what he enjoys to do in the gym while keeping him challenged. Mike reminds him to keep pushing through, encourages him and keeps him motivated. I highly recommend Spardio for your tween or teen if you’re looking to get them moving!
