For more than four decades, Attorney Andrew Schwartz has practiced law in Contra Costa County and the surrounding areas. Mr. Schwartz is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, where he is currently serving as the Vice-Chairman of the Northern California State Committee. He is also Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocates.
In 1973, Attorney Stan Casper obtained his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall. The same year, he was admitted to the California State and Federal Bars. In 1977, he was admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court. Attorney Casper is a past President of the Contra County Bar Association.
With more than three decades of experience in complex litigation, Attorney Michael Meadows is a seasoned trial lawyer. Specializing in the litigation of serious injury cases, Attorney Meadows acted as co-lead counsel in a toxic tort case that resulted in an $80 million settlement. Attorney Meadows graduated California State University with a B.A. in 1968.

In 2012, I had a bicycle accident. First, I'd like to mention that I had never been involved in a lawsuit on either side previously. But, within weeks of my accident which involved a broken patella and collar bone, I discovered that at least 4 others in my neighborhood had had bicycle accidents at the exact same location. I went to Adam Carlson at Casper, Meadows, Schwartz & Cook following a pretty severe auto accident where the other driver was clearly at fault. Their insurance company was not very cooperative so I sought professional advice. Adam walked me through the whole process, explaining how things would progress, etc. so I knew what to expect. The staff there at the office is very professional and helpful.
