Twist on Thai caf is a family owned and operated restaurant and was created by "Ploy" Davis (ne' Anantawarasin) and her husband Ken.
Stir fried Jasmine white rice, Scallops, scrambled egg, Thai basil, onions, bell peppers, and mushroom. Our luncheon specials are served with a tossed salad (choice of Creamy Peanut or Ginger Orange dressing) and Jasmine white rice. You may substitute Jasmine brown rice for an additional.50. Twist on Thai Fried Rice and Noodle Specials are not served with rice.

My fiancé and I ordered from there a couple of weeks ago and we got some of the thai tacos with beef, but received tofu. We called back and the man who answered the phone was not helpful at all as well as the owner. I looked on their website to order something different tonight because maybe they were just having an odd day last time. It said they were open but I called three times and only got an answering machine. I then tried to go through door dash, but they said that the restaurant was not available.

I love their curry. The pad kee mao is good but doesn't use the typical large thick noodles I've had elsewhere. Easy curbside pick up window. Over all yummy, especially considering it's an actual Thai restaurant in Hopatcong. I grew up here but have lived in the west coast for close to 20 years, it's nice to see hopatcong has more choices these days.

We have been going to Twist on Thai since they opened and during COVID we have continued with take out. Ploy, her parents and staff are so friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. We have recommended this place to many people and continue to do so. We have taken friends & relatives to eat there, and will continue once COVID is behind us. Twist on Thai is our favorite place to eat. We have eaten or taken out for our birthdays, New Year's or just because we want some good food. They are so accommodating. I ordered from here for the first time today and was pretty disappointed. I ordered pad see ew, but what I got looks and tastes exactly like pad thai. We called to tell them they gave us the wrong order, but they assured us it was correct and that they just use pad thai noodles for pad see ew. Here’s a photo. If this is their pad see ew, I’d love to know what their pad thai is, because what I was served is clearly pad thai (and dry pad thai at that).

Ordered takeout today and food was delicious. Ordered pad see ew, pad khing & massamun curry with vegetables & tofu. Appetizer was satay chicken with thai twist salad on ginger orange dressing. Dessert was coconut ice cream and bread pudding with vanilla ice cream. The waitress staff was friendly and very helpful with my order. I like the ambience of this nostalgic eatery. I hope to return for a sit-down one day.
