Amy was my property manager for a seven years. She is great. Very responsive. Took care of everything for me and reached out to me if she needed to. When I decided to sell she was the only one I would consider to sell my property. It wasn't an easy property to sell but she did it. I live on the west coast and she made the process so easy for me and got me the best deal she could. She is very honest and upfront. I would recommend her to any of my friends.

Working with Amy was a very eye-opening experience for us! When buying our first home we didn’t know or learn half of the things we learned from Amy with this new second purchase. With that said, selling and buying a house during a pandemic was no easy task. But, Amy stuck by us and always listened to our needs. We always felt like she was “on our side” at all times and she was extremely patient throughout. We loved working with her and are happy to (finally) be in our new home :)

Amy Pelletier was our realtor during our home sale and home purchase. She was very professional at all times and very much knew her trade. Not only was she on top of any issues that arose, and there were many during this pandemic, but she explained things to my wife and I in a way that we or anyone could understand. We recently worked with Amy to purchase our new home, and had a great experience! She was responsive, professional and knowledgeable of the market. When we learned that there was a competing offer, she worked so that we could put an offer in on New Years Day. She also helped us through a hiccup with our lender which delayed our closing. We would recommend Amy wholeheartedly to anyone- we will work with her again as we prepare to list our current home.

I've been working with Amy the past couple of months to purchase a warehouse unit for our family business. We still haven't purchased it due to lease constraints on the property that we rent, but she's working real hard on assisting us with negotiating with the property owners (both where we rent and where we want to buy).
