Sarah and I first worked with Jim to by our house in Columbia back in 2017. We called on him again to sell our home and to get us into a new home. Jim was fantastic at the details of helping us sell and buy a home at the same time. He has a wealth of knowledge and is a great communicator. He is responsive and was very attentive to our needs. Jim did a good job representing us on the sale of a single family rural property that had value, but some problems too. He had good ideas about how to market it and was available all hours of the day and night when things got busy. We formed a good partnership when it came down to negotiating terms with the buyer - he was pleasant, but also negotiated hard and represented our interests well when it was needed.

The Blaney Group deserves more than five stars from my family. My father passed away leaving a Reverse Mortgage and it was a total nightmare trying to get anywhere with the lien holder HUD.
