I have never had my hair colored at all before today. I went in and saw Alexa, and told her that I was a newbie and asked for her opinion on what I should do. She was BEYOND amazing in helping me. I was nervous because like I said I never had my hair done before & she made me feel so comfortable and safe with her as my hair dresser. My highlights came out so amazing and I could not recommend her enough!!

Would have given better review except they didnt have anything to clean all the dye off my head and ears. I left so self conscious and embarrassed. It over shadow the great color service's its all I could focus on. I had other appointments I had to do when I left So I had to walk around city like that. 😥.

Absolutely wonderful first experience at Bloom Salon at 67th! Grace was my stylist and one of the nicest women I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She was so professional and warm, and listened to what I wanted in a cut and style. I am over the moon with the results and have already booked my next appointment with her! Salon on 83rd is nice & some good people there but this review is for Kendra. I was the first appointment of the day, waiting outside til they opened yet she was still about 15/20 mins late to start me. She didn't bother to apologize for being late or keeping me waiting. She literally has NO personality, very unfriendly & disinterested. She complained about the length of my hair being so long. She apparently can't tell professional highlights when she looks at someone's hair b/c she asked me (in a super snotty tone) if I color my hair myself!! She seems very inexperienced

I am in love with this salon. I am also more in love with the wonderful job Marisa did! I’ve never done anything different with my hair but what I asked her for she definitely achieved it! Thank you so much! Definitely the only place I’ll keep going to do my hair from now on! Not only that but she did an amazing job with not just the balayage but with the haircut as well!

I wanted to do something completely out of my comfort zone & I went to Marjorie who was recommended by a friend. She did an AMAZING job and gave me exactly what I wanted and more. When I came in we didn't even know what we were going to do but she was patient & gave great insight and we decided what direction to go in. It was also less expensive then I had planned for which was also great. 10/10 experience and I can't wait to see what we'll do next!

I absolutely love this salon! It's taken me forever to find a place that not only did a good job with my hair but also had a good atmosphere. I had never highlighted my hair before, and Ember walked me through everything and made it the best experience. I walked out feeling beautiful and pampered. I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

Just got my hair done at Bloom salon on 83rd and deer valley and it was a unfortunate experience. I asked for a balayage and there was no color in the results.. I went to Maddison and she tried to charge me $230 for a trim and no color to be added. Will not be going back.

If you're going to go here, request Veronica. She does such an amazing job. I told her I wanted a light brown hair and she informed me to not be disappointed if it doesn't come out right since my hair was so dark. So we went on and after the service I was thrilled! I hadn't cut my hair in like 2-3 years! 😬 I was so appreciative about how honest she was, very sweet girl, easy to talk to, not shy at all! I will definitely be coming back here when I need a haircut and some color. Thank you for your service! ❤

Worst experience of my life with poor customer service and management unwilling/unable to help. They identified that I was charged incorrectly but, completely unwilling to refund the money or charge the correct amount. I WILL NEVER go back to this salon and will make sure that I let anyone know that this place is horrible customer service. The hair color/cut was average for the OUTRAGOUS expensive cost that I paid.

It took me a good month of research and reading reviews to bite the bullet and just pick a hairstylist. Good ones are hard to find. I am SO glad I ended up at Bloom Salon in Kaila's hands! She's a true gem. My hair hadn't been touched in over 2 years. It was flat, colorless just blah dirty blonde and was falling out it was so dead. Kaila brought the life back to my hair. She really listened to me and you can just tell from her vibe that she truly cares. I got my blonde back and it looks natural. The picture does it no justice it's just amazing! I recommend her a hundred times

Great Place! My mother in law has been going to Trish for over twenty years and she never disappoints. Every stylist in the salon is friendly and knows hair. I am preparing for my wedding and my stylist Ashley N. Has bent over backwards to be available for everything from my pre-engagement photo freshen up, coming in on her day off to do my hair for the shoot and blocking her schedule an entire day for my wedding. They are all amazing!! Bloom salon is nothing short of amazing! If you are looking to feel like family and not just another client then Bloom is the place for you!

I was referred to Bloom Salon in dyer need of a color correction, and Ashley Nickell worked her magic to make it amazing! It's what I wanted in the first place, and I am so happy with how it turned out. I can't wait to come back in a couple weeks! Lynda cut my hair for the first time today, and I couldn't be happier. She's a real pro at what she does! First off, the chair at the shampoo bowl was actually comfortable, and the shampoo like a scalp massage. Then she took lots of time to cut my hair carefully, adding details where I wanted them, then styling my hair, which looks GORGEOUS!
The salon has a wonderful vibe - upbeat, hip and creative without being pretentious. The work areas are clean. The receptionists are polite and friendly.

I had the utmost worst hair coloring of my life at Bloom. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and was told it wouldn't be a problem. After the "process" had already started, the stylist Brandy, stated she has turned other people away that asked for the same type of color. WTH. I have an important event coming up and was shocked when she got done and it looked like my toddler had taken a marker to my hair. I was incredibly upset and told her this was far from what I asked for and she had nothing to say other then that she could fix it for more $$$$. Like I'm gonna give you

I have been to Brandy many times and never had a problem. Today I was dissatisfied with my hair and she wasn't willing to make it right unless I was willing to pay her more. I am thoroughly disappointed and unfortunately will not return to her. I feel like she knew that I wasn't going to get what I was looking for and she failed to tell me until she was done with the process.

I saw Holly at the 67th location, although she's nice, she DID NOT do a good job with my hair. I got a "trim" and a "blowout", and my hair looked exactly the same as it did when I walked in. I love getting blowouts because my previous hair stylists do such a great job giving me voluminous hair with the perfect "flips" at the end, but Holly was unable to achieve this look. She didn't even put any product in my hair. I could have done a better job myself.
Really disappointed and wish I didn't waste my money here.

Do NOT see HOLLY at the 67th location!!!!! She is young and new and not seasoned AT ALL! I had BEAUTIFUL hair and only wanted to touch up my roots.. She turned my whole hair into a brassy color and DID NOT LISTEN! I had to go back 2 times so she can try and get the orange out that she added... she couldn't get it all out! I now have to die my hair brown $125 later! Thanks a lot!

Amazing experience! The girl at the front desk with the short red hair was polite. I wasnt greeted when I first walked in, but to me that isnt a huge deal.
My stylist was Kaila! I highly recommend her. I showed her photos of what I was looking for. Instead of just "going at it" and allowing me to ruin my hair, she explained my hair type and what would look/work best for it. Im very glad I listened.
She trimmed me up, lightened the weight of my bangs, and gave me a beautiful sun kissed bayalage!
She was very down to Earth, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. On top

I love this salon! Was in need of some serious hair revision after having bad highlights done at another salon that came out very orange and brassy. I called bloom salon and they were able to fit me in right away. Kaila was very very helpful and got my hair to a very clean perfectly highlighted blonde. The salon is very clean and harnesses a very elegant feel. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful salon,bad customer service ! I Got a group 49 dollars for hair cut .style full color ! Booked with the stylist Kayla. She would not accept request. I told her I need full color and she looked at my hair for a second and said because I had something on me so she needs to do more works that needs more money .the groupon I bought does not work ! I asked her just put the color on my hair as I don't really mind a little different on my hair ! She would not do it ! She refused my request.i have never receive such a bad customer service like this at a hair salon ! Now I have to call

Gorgeous place, definitely feels comfortable. Lynda is GREAT. I've been going to her for a few years now and every time I do, I'm impressed. She's willing to let clients go home and decide if anything needs to be different and is not upset if you go back to have it fixed! Super sweet and LISTENS to what you want. My high school-aged brother is even willing to let her touch his precious hair. :)
