Washington earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology / Pre-Medicine from Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA.After completion of her undergraduate studies, she attended the University of Missouri-St. Louis School of Optometry where she received her Optometry Degree (O.D.).

Our comprehensive eye examinations consist of central and peripheral visual field testing, glaucoma screening and cataract evaluation, as well as the evaluation of learning disabilities. We also have specialized equipment to perform retinal photography and retinal scanning. Your fees for a comprehensive eye examination depend on your insurance carrier and copayment.

Dr. Washington was very thorough and addressed all my concerns with a smile. She is quick, to the point and gets the job done. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. I received my first pair of glasses and within a few days, I accidentally broke them. I called to inform them and was asked to stop by and someone would take a look at them. Within 20 minutes, my glasses were repaired!! Thank you guys!

Dr. Washington is an absolute sweetheart!! She takes care of my husband, my grandma, and now myself. She has a very courteous staff, and Dr. Washington has AMAZING Customer service skills herself!
She is incredibly talented and knows her field!! My grandma had fussed that she hasn't had good vision in several years, and Dr. Washington found she had the wrong prescription, and fixed that of course!
I have nothing but good things to say!
I was so scared my first visit, I've never had my eyes checked, and knew I was having a little trouble, but she pulled out all the stops, made me feel comfortable

Dr. Washington is an extremely proficient and professional doctor who exudes confidence with her unabashed straightforwardness and knowledge.
Her staff are warm and friendly and know how to smile and laugh.
Going to the doctor, of any kind, may not be high on your list of things to do, but these folks make your visit relaxed, comfortable and enjoyable.
