After having an eye appointment last month with another company and numerous attempts to get my eye prescription correct via video chat. Never saw a doctor, just exam thru Telehealth and wasted money thru my vision insurance, I decided to Google search some vision places and came across Lilburn Family Eyecare . I called on Monday and I had an appointment on Wednesday. I dont ever recall having such an indepth eye exam with an actual doctor. She finally got my prescription correct. The staff: Breanna, Troy, and Dr.Amin was so amazing. I will be back next year for my yearly exam.

They try to upcharge you on every little thing. There were a couple add-ons and miscellaneous work they tried selling me, after I told the salesman I didn’t want it 4 times. He kept trying to “change my mind” after I told him I don’t want any of those add-ons but was persistent about telling how In his 10yrs there he hasn’t had anyone “not get the them”. I even picked a design that was a little bigger since I have a bigger head than others (it wasnt branded and had “affordable designs imprinted) but they told me it was discontinued. So why have it up if it’s discontinued? Even

Our family has used this office for over a decade. Even through the change of doctors. Always have had a wonderful experience and enjoyed the quality Eyewear.
Unfortunately, we have not been in over 2 years because of Covid measures and simply not wanting to take a risk of exposure or have to deal with mask requirements, as I am not able to wear one due to my medical condition. My 15 year old son has a disability that also makes wearing a mask impossible. (He has autism)
So I called last week to schedule an appointment for him because his glasses are broken and 3 years old. After scheduling,

If I could use 0 star I would .This used to be great office and great customer service but it cross every line today ,I called office to request a prescription for my daughter's glasses and it was emailed to me same day ,order them from another place that was more affordable ,After receiving them she was not able to see thru them really well so I called office back to make sure we got right prescription ,they had her down for appt and was told there would be no charge as they are only checking to make sure it's right prescription ,After she got there she was asked to pay $40 fee in order for them

The facility is nice and clean. I did not see the Optometrist but had a prescription filled. I am dissatisfied that the sales person “hooked” me by telling me the prescription glasses would be ready in a week. When I called to follow up on the ETA, he then said ‘a week to 10 days’. I hate facilities that will reel in customers with false information. It will probably be 12-13 days from the time I ordered and paid for the new prescription glasses (which I desperately needed faster) before I actually get a call to visit the “store” to pick up my glasses. If you’re in a hurry, try another

We have been going to Optical insights (back then) for over ten years and always had a great experience. I went last August for an eye exam and discussed wanting to try contacts. I ordered a pair of glasses and Dr. said she would order contacts for me to try. I came and picked up my new glasses and they were just handed to me with out them having me try them on. They said if I had any trouble to come back. I came back a week later because I could not see with new glasses. They gave me another appointment and had me come back to just measure my old and new prescription and told me everything was
