This guy replaced our laptop with "a comparable model" that turned out to be THREE TIMES AS OLD!! We brought our 3 year old working laptop in for repair because it was slowing down. He told us we needed a new motherboard, so we left it for repairs. A few days later he called and asked who else had worked on our computer because when he opened it up pieces fell out. We told him that he was the only person who had ever worked on our laptop. He told us he could not put it back together but we could either take our computer back (now in pieces) or accept a comparable refurbished model as a replacement

Found Paradise Computer Repair when looking for a place to fix my laptop after it died suddenly. Chose this place because of the reviews about customer service and wasn’t disappointed. He said he could take it in and look at it but that he would do the same thing I had and that he wouldn’t be able to fix it. Could not be more pleased with the service. My 5 year old desktop had lost it's wifi and it's audio. Also, the touch screen no longer worked. And, the keyboard was messing up so that typing was basically 'inside out'. Much of that had to do with a bad Windows 10 upgrade. I thought I would have to buy a new computer. But, Paul was able to fix everything! He cleaned out all the malware, and wiped the disk and reinstalled windows and all my data. This was all handled within a day, and at a very reasonable price. I had lost data on my laptop and needed someone to help me restore it. A Google search offered up two good options. I contacted the first one, described my problem and was met with attitude and arrogance and when I was unable to use the correct verbiage the person on the other end scoffed. The call concluded with the affirmation that after 30+ years experience he knew what he was talking about when he told me that most likely the data was lost forever. One down, one to go.
