Never kept in contact with me, was told at one time they had everyone else's best interest at heart too even though I was paying them. Asked to take care of a few other things and was totally ignored and told to contact law enforcement. Typical lawyer and just worried about money.

Scott is a wonderful lawyer. 4 years ago he prepared wills and power of attorney for my mom and dad. Upon mom's passing I did not realize that I would need his help getting the original will and preparing documents for Probate. All of this was easily taken care of with a single phone call to his office. His fees are reasonable and service is terrific. Thank you Scott !

I did a search on line to get a very quick answer concerning Florida Law. I happen to click on Kuhn Law Firm and started a chat with an Operator explaining what I needed. My wife and I just had our trust and wills re-done after re-locating to Cape Coral from Colorado. Scott and Michael were extremely helpful in their recommendations and streamlining of everything. We received drafts of everything to review and were able to take our time doing so. When we were ready to finalize everything we made an appointment and completed the review and signing in 1 hour. We hired them to settle an estate issue and I will just list some of the problems we had with them.
We were yelled at by Micheal Bond when we questioned some issues.
Twice we made appointments with Mr Kuhn and traveled 12 hours to be told he was not able to see us that day and none other than Micheal Bond showed up.
He allowed the defendant to give us a deposition but never deposed them.
He called us two days before the mediation and we had to drop everything and drive out.

This law firm it's just ridiculous. At this point I'm just done. I don't feel like they are MY and the Estate/Trust I represent's attorney. It is as if they are the attorney for an adversary. Trying to get them to help had been more painful than some root canals I've had. I haven't even actually spoken with my attorney, it's been just receptionists and paralegals!!! If you are looking for an attorney that will ignore you and your pleas for help, be rude to you and get snippy when you all for help... Then this is the place for you!!

I dealt with many attorneys in my life but this lawfirm is borderline criminal.never do get back to you. never answer the questions one asks, threaten their customers,overcharge you, free consultation- i found it back in by bill

My sister had hired this law firm. I will tell you that they don't get back to you in a timely fashion at all. They answer the questions they want. I have worked with attorneys my whole life, this company forgets who pays their bills. Not caring about the customer. I was never advised on when the house sale on the estate fell thru until I decided to get in touch with them.
