We went for wine tasting and had Shana as our guide. She was amazing! She had the perfect mix of professional and personal. She’s very educated on her wines. Her description will impress anyone from an amateur to a wine connoisseur!
We also got to take our last glass and walk around and visit with the goats, chickens, and play some corn hole. The overall atmosphere was absolutely delightful and had an amazing first time at a winery.

If QUALITY people, and quality wine are of interest to you, go to Sweet Oaks Winery. Just call first for a gate code which will trigger a private tasting at a brand new high quality winery. Intimate surroundings, outstanding location off (but not too far) the beaten path. Once that gate opens the experience only gets better and better. And the cast of characters that popped in and out, employees and even the UPS guy, could be the newest sitcom.
My wife and I called to ask if we could check out the grounds prior to an upcoming camping week and were so lucky to meet Shana. Lovely lady with a charming

I was in the area to visit family and was lucky enough to visit Sweet Oaks. We were set up with a private tasting with Shana and it was so much fun. She was extremely knowledgeable and was a treat to talk with. The wine was delicious, we ended up getting a package of our favorites. If we lived closer we would definitely join the wine club. I look forward to coming back for a visit!

I am a soon to former Harvest Host member. I was going to stay there but spent an hour looking for it and never did find it. They charged me $109 and provided me with a store credit to a winery I couldn't actually get to. I have no idea if it's a good winery, but there business model seems profitable when they are able to charge for a product they don't have to deliver. I can tell you the neighborhood smelled and had some trashy trailers.

We stayed this last Saturday night at the winery. We bought the three pack of wine, have to say the wine was superb. The grounds are relaxing and enjoyable, the staff is beyond professional and friendly. Can't wait to see the changes now that Covid has passed and they get to move forward with the new build out. We will definitely be back to see all the changes and to enjoy more of their excellent wine.

I think this is my new favorite winery in Temecula. I’m extremely picky and a wine enthusiast and Sweet Oaks exceeded my expectations. I love how the delightful owners provide an authentic, knowledgeable, and intimate experience. All the wines on the tasting were high quality. A new must stop for all my future excursions to Temecula.

We had an amazing time! Stayed overnight and had some beautiful views. Everyone we interacted with was polite and helpful. Jacob checked us in and answered every question we had. Jason did our tasting and we thoroughly enjoyed it (& learned a lot), we briefly saw Heather & Adalyn who were both very sweet as well. Definitely will be coming back, in a few weeks lol.

While the grounds are pretty, if you are trying to camp here they don't make it easy. Instructions are confusing, there is no wifi or amenities and the prices are more expensive than market. Lastly - I don't normally write reviews but the owner Heather should not be allowed near the public. When I wrote in to request a refund for wine that did not arrive (we were told we should order before 6pm to get it that night), to let them know we got a "we hope you enjoyed your visit" check out notification BEFORE we arrived (which scared us that we might have booked the wrong night

Caveat emptor! As has been already reported, the owner Heather is very rude and unprofessional. None of the wines were above mediocre. No masks were work by any employees. The winery is in the middle of horse country, so in the heat of the summer, the "barnyard" smell could be off putting. They don't offer "wine industry" discounts but apparently expect them from other wineries. You can do better just staying on the DePortola Wine Trail.

There is somethings that words can explain. My family was welcomed to experience the passion and beauty of the winery. Which the passion is shown from the vine to the glass. Camping experience next to Vinyard is just sublime. Awesome sunset, sunrise, the sight of balloons taking off. Thank you for sharing these Jason and Heather. You guys are awesome. Thank you. Thank you.

What a WONDERFUL tasting experience we had here! The winemaker Gino was so knowledgeable and super friendly! His wine was wonderful as well, we ended up taking two bottles of the Malbec home! If you are looking at these reviews wondering if you should spend the money to do this tasting, don't think about it any more and just do it! You won't regret it :-)

Sweet Oaks Winery is a new winery that recently opened up in Temecula Valley Wine Country. This is one of several wineries located off the beaten path, away from the better known roads that you will find along Rancho California and De Portola wine trails.
Driving east on Highway 79, past Anza and Galway Downs, make a left onto Pauba, which will lead you to Los Corralitos Road where Sweet Oaks is located. It's on a beautiful equestrian property. A code is needed to get through the gates. Everything is brand new.
We joined several other locals for an evening of complimentary wine tasting
