The office staff is fantastic. They are happy to work with you and give detailed plans for the work you need to do, as well as the cost. They work with a variety of insurance companies as well.
The dentist themselves are (pun intended!) brilliant. Dr Brilliant is caring and really takes the time to explain everything. Dr Neglerio is kind, professional and has an unbelievably gentle touch. I highly recommend them both.

I have been going to see Dr Brilliant since I moved to Ramona a few years ago and he and his whole staff are wonderful. I never feel rushed and they answer all my questions. Mary is a rock star and everyone is kind from beginning to the end of the visit. They are open on Fridays which a lot of dental offices are closed. I had a client that needed emergency dental services on a Friday afternoon and Dr Brilliant saw them within an hour of the call. I'm very satisfied and so was my client!

Dr. Brilliant and his entire staff are always extremely professional and competent. Most people don't look forward to dental work, but I can assure you that every time I have gone there, they are as gentle and painless as possible. Not to mention, they are all so nice! They will take the very best care of you. Special shout-out to their amazing Office Manager, Mary, who always keeps everything running so smoothly! She is the BEST!

They explain everything in advance, including costs. Dr Brilliant is very patient and gentle, the back office crew are wonderful. The front desk woman (if I could only remember her name) is so nice. Very professional yet friendly. If it's possible to actually not mind going to the dentist, this is the place it will happen.
Routine or urgent need I highly recommend Dr Brilliant and staff!

A+! Quick, thorough, friendly, professional, meticulous. Great service here, I've found my go-to for all my dental needs. Definitely recommend Dr Jennifer and her team and her colleagues Kenny, Jemma and Lily in Poway at Pomerado Endodontics. I arrived at 10am, they got me evaluated, took X-rays, imaginary, did their examination, knocked out a cleaning, referred me to Kenny for a root canal, same day I had the root canal done. The visit was pleasantly refreshing. A+!

Dr. Brilliant knows how to calm the savage beast that is my 3 year old. My son refuses to be compliant with any other doctor but actually likes going to the dentist now! Dr. Brilliant always gives great advice about home dental care and patiently listens to all of our questions. I highly recommend Dr. Brilliant for your child, especially if you've had a poor experience elsewhere.

Having not had the best experiences with dentists in the past, my wife and I have been on the hunt for a dentist that provides us a comfortable experience, isn't overly aggressive with treatment recommendations, but also provides us some excellent care.
We think we've found the place! Not only Estates Dental right around the corner, but our first visits were everything we'd hoped they be. We saw Dr. Neglerio, and both my wife and I were very pleased. She was warm, friendly, careful and knowledgeable. During her cleaning, my wife asked her, "are you really doing anything?"
