Our Rx program features intense workout programming that will keep you guessing while you get stronger. Barbells, Kettle Bells, Gymnastics, Boxes and more. Technique Classes are designed for beginners and athletes looking to improve lifting form in a safe environment where the focus is technique and learning.

We truly believe in Fitness for Anyone. From big cities like Denver, to communities like Lone Tree, Parker, and Highlands Ranch; anyone and everyone can do our Rx programming. It is for you, your neighbor, your parents, your grandparents, and your children. From young adults to the elderly, Rx is built with the individual in mind.

Intensity is a 60-minute endurance and lifting Program. It is built to give you all of the benefits of weight lifting without any heavy movements. Increase endurance. Increase Mobility. An inclusive gym with coaches who meet you where you are and understand where you want to go. We believe that whoever you are, you are stronger than you think. If you are an elite athlete working towards a competitive goal, a middle-aged parent who wants to get back into shape, or a grandparent who wants to stay out of a nursing home, we will help you move better and increase work capacity.
For someone who hasn't truly exercised since The National Physical Fitness Test performed in middle school, Intensity Park Meadows has reinvigorated my desire to become more physically fit! Intensity Park Meadows has not only met but they have exceeded my expectations about what the purpose of a gym should be.
