We exist for one reason: to create a challenging, fun, and supportive environment to achieve your health and fitness goals within a tight-knit community. In One-On-One Personal Training, work with one of our nationally accredited personal trainers to create a series of workouts that are tailored to your health and fitness goals.

With a variety of group training options, we build a tight-knit community of athletes to motivate and support each other through demanding, yet fun, trainer-led workout classes. Whether you are constantly traveling, or simply have a busy week, we created an accountability system with our Online Training Program where you can build a community with fellow athletes.

We know that it can be difficult to make it to the gym, and every day you challenge yourself to beat the odds. That's why we created more than just another gym, rather, we created a community of like minded individuals. And, with our team of experienced, and dedicated trainers, we pride ourselves on creating a friendly, approachable, and tight-knit environment while also giving you the time and attention you need to achieve your goals.
You will start by pairing up with one of our nationally accredited and certified personal trainers to begin your fitness journey. Think of your trainer as your fitness consultant. We will talk through health, goals, and any injuries you may have sustained. And, together, we will create a customized plan, and timeline, to ensure your success.
After over six years in the fitness industry, and over 10,000 sessions serviced, I have learned that there are MANY right and wrong approaches to achieving your goals. I have a true passion for helping people, and fitness is a perfect outlet for that. I want to find out what drives YOU and what motivates YOU to live a more active lifestyle.

ATO is the BEST gym in Denver! I was introduced to it by my personal trainer and I'm so grateful. The owner, Hayes, is incredibly passionate about fitness and providing the best environment for member success. There are several trainers that work there with their clients, and everyone is always willing to assist and encourage. It's great for beginners and professionals alike. There is every possible piece of equipment you could need. As cliché as it sounds, this gym feels like "home." You must check it out!

Not only is this a wonderful facility with top of the line equipment, it is also packed full of knowledgeable and friendly trainers. The owner, Hayes, has created such a wonderful place for individuals of all ages, skill levels, and walks of life to enter and feel comfortable training in. If the equipment and facility alone weren’t enough, the supportive and welcoming community is the best I’ve ever encountered at any gym or fitness center. Im so grateful to be a part of this community and plan to be for years to come!!!

With so many trainers at ATO, with their own clients you’d think there’s be a clash of personalities!
But to my surprise there was not!
I came in to do my workout with my trainer and was pleasantly surprised at how respectful people were of the space, how each trainer interacted with one another!
It was quite refreshing to see, specially since it was such a busy evening! There were 2 groups being ran and several other trainers training their client individually!
So happy to train here!

I have been training with Kasey for over a year and she is amazing! Let me say I have had several personal trainers and her guidance has led me to my personal success today. Her nutrition knowledge is paramount, her workouts are extraordinary each session and she has helped with my endurance and strength tremendously. I have been at ATO Fitness and training with Kasey for over a year. Kasey is incredible. She is extremely knowledgeable and nothing but professional. She keeps workouts fresh, challenging, and always ensures that I have proper form-her attention to detail is impeccable. Have been working with Kasey M. close to two years now. Kasey has been nothing but wonderful. She is a knowledgeable instructor, a great motivator, and a caring person. Hayes has done an outstanding of filling the gym with quality training gear. He does everything he can to provide an atmosphere that you feel comfortable and safe while working out.

I have been training with Kasey for a few months now, and can honestly say it is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. She is so kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly listens to what I want as a client and goes above and beyond to see through to my goals. I can’t say enough about how amazing she is, and how grateful I am to have her guide me through my fitness journey. As for ATO as a gym in its entirety, all of the trainers are friendly and make it a pleasant environment to continuously come back to and train in.

I've been working with Danyelle at ATO fitness for around 7 months. As a long-distance runner who is pretty injury-prone, I was VERY hesitant to start strength training. Within two weeks of working with Danyelle and pushing my body in the gym, I started seeing progress while lifting and running. Danyelle is absolutely INCREDIBLE at her job and I have been completely injury-free since working with her. I have been able to increase my mileage (50-60 miles per week from 30-40) AND strength simultaneously. She is knowledgeable about the body, takes into account each of her client's strengths and weaknesses

I have been going to this gym for the past two months doing 1:1 with one of their trainers Michael Sutton. Mike is awesome and is constantly pushing me to work harder . Highly recommend. The gym itself is nice, clean and has all the equipments you would need. They also have group training classes (am & pm) that are super fun.

ATO is awesome! I worked out my entire pregnancy (including the morning I gave birth) and it only took me a few short weeks to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. The trainers are knowageable and really push you! Every workout is challenging and no two are ever the same. I am definitely in the best shape of my life so far thanks to ATO!!

Found ATO through coach Nathan and so glad that I did! I'm doing the high intensity interval training classes in the morning and really enjoy it. Very challenging but supportive environment. You should really check them out!

Have been working out with Hayes @ ATO Fitness for about 9 months now. I've always been "overweight" and have tried everything (diets, trainers, gyms, exercises classes) but never got the results I was looking for. Hayes has pushed me physically and mentally to a new level. I never know what to expect when I show up every morning, but when I'm done I feel great. Each workout is specialized to what my body needs - he can tell when I had a night of eating bad foods or when I strictly need cardio versus weight training. You will see results working out at ATO. Because of Hayes
