I’ve been here numerous times. No need to make a appointment. They don’t stick to them. Horrible management !!!! They skip others in front of you. I have a 8:00am appointment for king pins 9:45am still sitting in the parking lot behind someone who doesn’t have a appointment. They have Lost my business.

Let me start by saying that I have used the Broadway location in Tampa several times, but I just experienced the most terrible customer service. I called to schedule an appointment for an alignment a few days ago and today I showed up for my appointment time and they argued with me that I did not make an appointment even after I showed them on my phone where I called and made the appointment. I’m not the type to let someone talk to me any type of way so the exchange turned into a full-blown argument. They said that they could “work me in” that day but I didn’t have time to sit up there

I made an appointment to have my truck aligned and a couple of tires replace at 1pm, got there checked in and was told to wait. Had to wait until like 1:30 because the technician was on launch. Around that time a guy that may have been a supervisor (he was behind the register when I paid) ask us in really rude manner what we are doing there until I explained that we already had a work order done and someone told us to wait there and he called someone and started telling him that they had to let him know because he didn't know anything... When we go back to pickup the truck this same person tells

I was referred to Falcon tire from a tire dealership in Port Richey. I called them and set an appointment for the next day. I pulled in and they were waiting....they solved my problem in very little time and I was ony way. Tires were do smooth and very reasonable.i highly recommend this tire dealership!

I was there a week ago just for alignment and balance, I was agreed if they had to work in the three axle, the price was close to $300, but later they later they were talking about $900, because apparently they had to performance a big fix for the alignment... short story I picked up my truck and in other shop " anbn American frame & axle" they did the alignment for a normal price. But the people in this business are friendly.

Completely unacceptable professionalism. Phoned in 10 minutes prior to arriving at this shop. Informed by the secretary the tire wasn't there. Had to retrieve it from other warehouse, be 10 minutes. 10 minutes turned into 25. Then tire mechanic disappeared. Had to get managers attention. Staff behaves like lost children. Arrival time. 8:50am, departed 10:
