Two outstandin experiences , 1st after local Subaru dealer diagnosis I questioned their recommendation and went to Tire World which do my Oil Changes and recent new Tire purchase. They reccomended replacing the rear differential. Followed thru and they solved the issue. Last week pulled in when check engine light illuminated. They reported possible catalytic converter issue but reset and said let's see if it repeats the error. One week of driving and no error report.

It was starting to seem like no one wanted to take my money. Then I found Tire World! They tracked down the wheels and tires I wanted from a vendor that could deliver in a week or less. They were patient and helpful. The mechanics explained everything. I will be going there next time I need tires. Five stars all the way!

Talk about a life saver. My daughter and I were on our way for her to take her driving test. She pulled out of school from a steep incline and her car's bottom plate hit the bottom becoming loose dragging. I started looking up shops on the way to her test and found Tire World. I told them my dilemma and her appointment was in 20 minutes. They came through in a big way took her car immediately fixed it in less then 10 minutes. I went inside to pay and they told me no charge. I couldn't thank them enough. Taking the time and understanding doing a small favor like that I'm now going

I've taken my Volkswagen in a couple of times for needed service. They have been efficient, quick and thorough. Everyone is extremely professional and courteous they are very honest about what is needed and have not charged when they didn't find anything but a false code and rotated my tires with no charge. It's very comforting to have them close by and know they are so reliable. I would highly recommend

We needed an honest estimate to decide whether to fix our car or buy a new one, and Tire World was so helpful in making that decision. I'm fairly new to Tampa so I asked a neighbor where a good tire place could be close to Seminole Heights. He referred me to Tire World.
With 2 children in-tow I set off to see what kind of tire rip-off place this could be. Well, I was WRONG!!! I walked in without an appointment, wanting specific tires and not wanting to spend a whole lot of time or money. Tire World made all this happen with courtesy, honesty and friendliness. They found the 70,000 mile Kuhmo tires I wanted, had them delivered so within a few hours the car was ready to go-including an alignment!

Tire World makes a big deal about "Sunroof" repair work on their website. So I drove down there this morning to find out what would be involved to replace the seal (around the glass) on an old Acura I drive. The answer from the front desk was , "It will be an hour and a half before someone can look at it". No thanks, enough said!

I have bought many tires in my life. Most of them for tire world. Every time that prices were compared they have been the best value. On 1 visit my daughters car the ignition locked up and the manager drove me to my house to get a spare key! Way above and beyond customer service. Only 1 recommendation, quote times for service, gives the customer options.

Been coming here for a few years since they are within walking distance...and the work seems to be ok. This last time I had my rack and pinion replaced on my mustang. As soon as I drove it, I noticed when I would make a turn it would make a scraping sound near the tires. I'm not a mechanic but how did they not notice this sound when test driving it. They were very good about admitting that they installed the wrong part and took it back and installed the correct rack and pinion part. It would have been nice to have been fixed right the first time.

We have spent thousands of dollars here over the last 10 years and the customer service just gets worse and worse. We spent over $1400 less than a month ago on tires, brakes and other repairs. We got a flat tire and took it in today on 9/8 to be told it is our fault and they can't even get the tire anymore and go to Wal Mart... The tire had a puncture in it while driving on I-4 and we pulled right over....Really that's the answer to very loyal customers????
