This is not a real limo service. They use independents and don't even qualify those. Setup a special evening for my family and friends only to be totally let down by this service. First the guy was 25 minutes late - horrible unprofessional. Then he stayed at the top of my drive way for 5 minutes and then just started to drive away! I jumped on my motorcycle and caught him and he told me he had car trouble so was just leaving us. So they left us totally hanging and if I did not catch him it would have been without any notice either. No notice, no apology, no service and never use this company
