At Hands On Chiropractic and Massage, we're committed to helping injured patients find relief and recovery after motor vehicle crashes or other accidents related to cars, trucks, motorcycles, pedestrians or bicyclists. Dr. Hacmac has extensive experience and training in the diagnosis and treatment of these types of injuries.
Massage and chiropractic go hand-in-hand to improve the overall health and wellness of the patient while decreasing the need for surgery and other types of conventional treatment. Therapeutic massage is an excellent method for improving overall health and musculoskeletal efficiency. Relaxation massage is the movement of the muscles and tissues of the body using gentle and slow strokes, a bit of force, kneading, and pressing.
Yes! Chiropractors can examine and treat you, work with your insurance company and any already-involved medical physician or Occupational Health Center, and you do not need a referral before starting. Oregon Worker's Compensation Law recognizes Dr. Hacmac as a Primary Care Physician, so any injured worker can begin recovery with us.
Your options to pay for your care in our Chiropractic and Massage Center can include various forms of payment. We do have an insurance billing department but accept direct payments from patients, as well. We participate as a Preferred Provider with Regence and Blue Cross plans in Oregon and some other states, thereby offering group discounts and direct billing services.

Was told by receptionist as I filled out paperwork “There’s no reason for you to be wearing a mask…it’s all fake…it’s a plandemic…they have documents” Followed by “have you heard of graphene?” “You should Google it…they have documents” she said.
Confused and completely turned off, I got up and walked out, feeling like I’d just had some sort of acid trip.
Went there for a chiropractor …not to hear about politics or moronic internet conspiracy theories

I’ve been coming to Dr. Ed for about 18 months & have seen improvement in hip movement & neck pain. The office is always welcoming & Dr. Ed is very skilled at what he does. I was referred to Dr. Hacmac about two years ago. I visit about every 4-6 weeks, as I feel regular adjustments keep me healthy.
He and Lorelei always make me feel very comfortable. The atmosphere in their office is warm and relaxing.
There have been times I stopped in without an appointment and was able to be seen in a short period of time.
I highly recommend stopping in for a visit.

I have been seeing Dr. Hacmac for a few years, and pretty recently I was having severe foot pain when I woke up in the morning. I asked Dr. Hacmac about it and he said he thought orthotics might help. So he scanned my feet with a very neat machine and in a few weeks my shoe inserts came. Low and behold I have ZERO foot pain! Thanks Hands On Chiropractic!

I've never been a chiropractic fan but Dr. Ed adjusted me after I fell on my back and It's a life saver. They take a true holistic approach and truly seek to improve their clients lives in every way they can. It's so much easier than I thought to get rid of all the tension and pain in my back.
