Get the RePlay! All you have to do is sign-up and don't show up! You will get the RePlay via email the following morning around 7am. RePlay links expire that day 11:59p. I just spent the best $20 EVER when I purchased Soul Tree's introductory offer. I practiced with some truly experienced teachers, including some of my past favorites, and have re-ignited my love for instruction!

Oh, how do I love thee, Soul Tree? Let me count the ways. The love, the energy, the yogis, the people, the location, the way it makes me feel, the understandings, the lessons, the breathing, the diversity. What I like most is the welcoming community and diversity in the abilities of the students. No matter the shape, size, and flexibility you have Soul Tree is open, loving, and accepting.

Melissa is an artist, who expresses life as a dance, through massage from several ancient modalities and practice in yoga, mantra, music, and meditation. She seeks to create a space where people feel comfortable to deeply feel and express themselves. Her journey to her center began with yoga; she began practicing in high school finding personal growth and healing.
This class provides a safe, slow and easy introduction to the yoga practice where we will cover the basics of breathing and yoga postures. This class is designed for people brand new to yoga, those re-entering their yoga practice, or those looking for a slower practice that emphasizes alignment. Auricular acupuncture uses specific points on the external ear to alleviate conditions in other parts of the body.
All you have to do is sign up for online class, and if you do not attend live, you will get the RePlay via email the following morning around 7am. RePlay links expire that day 11:59p. We only collect information needed for you to register on our site. Your name and email address will allow you to login to see your account.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your class. This will allow you to have time to check in, fill out a short waiver, and make yourself comfortable before class begins. We value your time and strive to start and finish class on time. We have everything you need here, though you are welcome to bring your own mat and a water bottle.
Private yoga lessons are beneficial for beginners to set roots toward a practice before going into a class setting, to address minor health issues, answer questions about your current practice and for those who want to rise their existing practice to the next level. Private instruction is available for Yoga, Restorative and Meditation.

I’ve been practicing at Soul Tree for about two years and it’s such a wonderful studio. I absolutely love Maryline’s Kaiut classes. She is an extremely knowledgeable and kind instructor who cares deeply for her students and is always happy to answer questions. I also tried the Yin and Crystals class once and loved it (the timing was just challenging in my schedule—otherwise I definitely would have gone back!).

I had a full hip replacement in September 2019. Healing is slow work and I thank yoga for being an integral part of the process, both pre and post-surgery. I managed to attend 168 classes at Soul Tree in 2019, with 22 different instructors and many different styles. Soul Tree is a wonderful, caring community w/ excellent instructors who regularly offer modifications in flow classes. After surgery. instructors recommend Kaiut, which turned out to be fantastic strength and flexibility work.  Soul Tree means so much to me - thanks to all the ladies there for everything you do!  - Joe Boggs

My friend and I bought the 2 week new student pass. We were only able to make it to one class and showed up on the last day for a class. We were told it expired at the end of the 13th day and turned us away. Not a good way to get new members.

Locally owned yoga studio in Lafayette offering a variety of classes and workshops to satify any Yogi.

I really like the space - clean, big room, with a mirror along one side so you can check alignment. It's not a heated room but you will sweat. Reception area has cubbies, couches, and a change room - checking in for class is a breeze

10 pack of classes is only $120 which is very reasonable. You can find their schedule on their website on the Mind Body app as well. Try their new client special so you can find the teacher that works best for you. I've really enjoyed Marin's and

Janine's yoga class has become a necessity in my weekly workout as well as pure enjoyment. She is a wonderful instructor and the class is a great mix of stretches, strength building, and relaxation! The studio is delightful and the noon class is a perfect break from work. Janine has a knack for giving you a tough workout with perfect direction to make it easy to follow at your own level.

This place is so great! I've been lucky enough to go to three different Beginner Yoga classes with three different teachers-- each one was such a blessing. I've only done yoga once formally before and recently hurt myself. I was so worried that the teacher would be pushy about how each pose needed to be done (as was the case my last experience)-- but with every pose each teacher offered about three different variations so that we would feel comfortable doing what our body needed, not what we felt we needed to do. I cannot praise the experience high enough!!!

Such an amazing group of teachers and practitioners at this studio. The level of instruction is top notch and always takes me a little deeper into my practice to discover something new. Prices are definitely competitive for the area and definitely worth every penny. Give it a try, you won't regret it. Each and every time I enter this studio, it's like coming home. I've tried several studios in the area and this one has a great vibe that can not be matched.

Soul Tree is a place where anyone at any stage of their practice are welcome. They offer classes that not only fit your level of practice, but that fit into your schedule as well. I take classes from Marin McCallen, and can't even begin to say enough positive things about her. She is welcoming, patient, hilarious, knowledgable, encouraging, and she makes you feel very comfortable. If you're looking for a place to build your yoga tribe...look no further!

I have never loved Yoga as much as when I practice at Soul Tree. Meghan, the owner, is amazing! Knowledgeable, skilled, approachable. The classes are varied but ALL the teachers are fantastic. The Soul Tree community is more than just a yoga studio. They have great workshops, community events, live music as well!

Soul Tree is a great place to practice yoga. The studios offer a variety of classes to suit the needs of any individual. There are flow classes that are a bit more challenging to classes that are more restorative and relaxing flow classes. And if you're not looking to go to a flow class then you can go to the Monday night Yoga Nidra class where you lay on your back and go through a guided meditation. In conjunction to the diversity of classes Soul Tree offers, all the teachers are great too. I've taken a variety of classes and have never had a bad experience. They all offer a unique twist

This studio takes me on a journey... A flight thru asana navigating the past and sailing forward to the brightest future all while keeping me in the now. The harmony between theory, praise and being grounded in the space all hark to what we crave in our yoga experiences, which Soul Tree naturally shares with their community. The teachers are all unique and bring their personal styles to their classes. They also offer many workshops, healing circles, Kirtan and even opportunities to socialize after class. This studio is my new favorite place to stretch, ground, soften and strengthen. Let me know

Such an amazing local studio! Really down to earth and amazing teachers. A real community yoga studio in the heart of Old Town Lafayette. If you are a Lafayette resident it is a great way to meet your neighbors and if you are not, it is a great way to connect with an amazing community!

My favorite yoga studio I've ever been to! I think all of the instructors I've been to (Meg, Cori, Lori, Shelley, etc) all put on excellent classes- they keep things interesting with new movements and new challenges every time I go in there (which is about once a week for the last year). Each teacher has a bit of a different focus, either on fitness or arm balances or whatever, and I like switching it up to get the best of all worlds. The classes are low-pressure, as intense as you want to make them, but I pretty much always leave sweating and beat. Highly recommended for new or returning

This is a wonderful yoga, etc. studio. The Tao Yoga Class is similar to Chi Qong where you work with the energy inside your body for healing. I love this class, even though it is not like a strenuous yoga class, I feel so wonderful after. The teacher, Angela is very knowledgeable, encouraging, present and very sweet. I have enjoyed any class that I've attended, especially Megan's Pilates class. She works our core! This studio also does a lot of outreach to the community. Love this studio!

This lovely little pilates, yoga, and dance studio was recommended by a friend and I am so glad I went. This place is still pretty new and not that known so I'd love to spread the word. The space is, nice, clean and comfortable and they have a lovely selection of classes from yoga, to pilates, to african dance, to Nia and hip hop! What a cool little place right in Lafayette. I went to a core power yoga class and the instructor was wonderful and didn't not push you beyond your comfort zone (a pet peeve of mine). Also the drop in rate is only $10 which is amazing for the level of instruction
