Buyer Beware! If you want delay after delay then this is the company to go with! We are about 30+ days beyond closing with no end in sight. They tell you things are approved and then right before closing they are being reviewed again and the closing is postponed (again)! Incompetent and unprofessional with lack of communication should be this companies tag line!

Terrible service. My buyer is working with these people. They knew in November we would need an appraisal, and what did they do? They waited until about 4 days before we were supposed to close on January 8th. About 2 weeks after our original closing date, they decided to do the employment verification under the guise that "paystubs" had expired. Well, whose fault is that? Oh that's right, Province Mortgage's because if they had stuck to our original closing date, my buyer wouldn't have needed to provide new paystubs. Now, with no closing date in sight, they keep giving us some lame excuse that
