We met Matt by chance when we drove by an open house for sale in our old neighborhood. At that showing Matt gave us more information about home buying in 5 mins than I've had in my entire life. This man is very knowledgeable and is a great teacher. He will not use your lack of knowledge to his advantage. This man is also very patient, he must have shown us 20 homes! During this time Matt educated us over the home buying process but I will never forget how he was there for us when we needed him the most, especially at closing time. Our closing date had been pushed back and we had exceeded our extension
