I had a great experience with the Jovio team. It's hard to find a good realtor in Austin. I have never had such a great experience. I love the team approach. Devin and his team are professional, responsive, and great to work with. I was excited to work with a team that is breaking the mold for the "traditional" realtor game. You will be impressed. I was. And they are hands down the most responsive team I've ever worked with. I can't praise them enough. Oh, and they are all really nice and honestly at the end of the day. Hiring Jovio as my agent is one of the best decisions I've ever made. I had experience in changing agent when I sold my first house, so I knew that a poor agent would be a struggle in the process. The home selling experience with Jovio was wonderful. This is a stressful process but the team at Jovio made sure they were there to help through out the day. We started with Alex helping us list the house, arranging for the photographer to come take pictures of the house and getting it listed on the market within a week of signing the contract. I could not possibly say enough great things about Devin and the team at Jovio. From our first conversation, my husband and I could sense that Devin was professional and extremely competent. We, as anyone would, were skeptical at first with the commission structure and how much we could save, thinking there had to be a catch... but there never was.

Devin at Jovio is amazing on both the buy and sell side of the transaction. I was very skeptical when selecting a real estate agent when selling my home in Plugerville. Sadly, our experience with Jovio was unpleasant. Devin Dvorak came to our house, which was cleaned, staged and ready to go on the market. He seemed impressed and said the house would show well. He showed us a list of 25 homes that had sold in our subdivision in the past year, which we knew was not accurate as some houses that we knew of, were missing. He also showed us prices that seemed inaccurate. He wanted to list at a price that was $30k below what we had seen in our neighborhood on our same model of home, those of which were base models without our upgrades. When we pointed this out to him

No catch- this is a great service, at a fraction of the "traditional " price. I have been a home buyer 3 times and a home seller twice before. While I was always happy with service I got from the "other guys" ( a very respected local Austin Realtor) I often wondered if the service was worth 3%, especially as a seller.

I have used Cody Bradford on several purchases and sales and I have always been pleased with the results. Cody's professionalism, knowledge of the industry, patience and negotiation skills makes him top in his field.
The average time for a house to be on the market in my area was 40 days and Cody had me under contract in 12 days and at full asking price. He knows the market and pricing and gets people in the door to view your property. In my case he was not pleased with the first set of pictures and had someone else in to take another series of photos which showcased my property much better
