I recently had to sell my house as part of a divorce. Due to that and other extenuating circumstances, I wasn't able to do most of what people do when they're going to sell a house: spruce it up, make repairs, stage it, etc. Additionally, our closing needed to incorporate elements of the divorce. So, definitely not a standard real estate transaction. Mike's professionalism, friendliness, and calm demeanor helped to make a difficult time a bit less difficult. Mike's a good guy who knows his stuff. He was always on time to showings and made sure I was kept in the loop through the entire process. As mentioned in another review, he does have a "know it all" approach, but I didn't find this to be a bad thing. Off the top of his head, he was able to give me rough estimates on general fixes around the house. He respected my "bottom line" in negotiating repairs in the option period and effectively communicated my reasoning behind each request.
