Dr. Sunshine Collins received her Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She received her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University Maryland. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Goucher College.
Dr. Sunshine Collins completed her predoctoral internship at The Chicago School Community Internship Consortium in the Chicago School Forensic Center. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship with Dr. Gary Lenkeit in Las Vegas, Nevada. In addition to being a Nevada licensed psychologist, Dr. Collins is the former Secretary and former Treasurer of the Nevada Psychological Association Southern Board.

Below, I describe two common types of evaluations that people seek. A psychological evaluation is appropriate for individuals who seek to identify a possible mental health condition.
Sunshine Collins LLC accepts payment by cash, certified check, credit card, and money order. Sunshine Collins LLC does not provide sliding scale fee schedules. Payment is due at time of service. An itemized statement is provided for all services. Individuals can then submit a request to their insurance company for payment of covered services.
