We are a private practice, not part of a dental chain or corporation. Therefore we hold ourselves to the very highest standard. Our office is out-of-network which means we are not under contract with any insurance companies. This doesn't mean that we won't accept your insurance. In fact, we accept virtually all insurance plans and file all claims on your behalf. All you have to do is pay your co-pay, and we take care of the rest.

Prior to seeing Dr Magruder, my daughter phoned the office to ask how much it would cost for a dental cleaning. The lady that she spoke to took her insurance information, and said she would contact the insurance and then call back. She phoned back and said the out of pocket cost would be $25. But later when it was time to pay, my daughter was charged $118 -- that's in addition to the $145 that the insurance was expected to pay. When we phoned Dr Magruder's office to discuss the unexpectedly high charge, the lady said that she would not have given any cost estimate since they are out

This office is fantastic, every single one of the staff was delightful and Dr. Magruder was quick and painless. I was told by a affordable that I needed a root canal and then when I came here for a second opinion I was told it was simply an extraction. Prices are very fair and the service is unbeatable. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of dentistry work.
