Dr. Blakenship is the best dentist I've ever seen. I have always had a HUGE fear of the dentist, and he and his staff do a great job of making you feel calm. He is honest, and does not do or recommend work that is not needed. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I recently left Galveston due to work relocation, and Shoreline Dentistry is one of the things I miss the most. Finding a good dentist is gold, especially for those who have anxiety when it comes to dental work.

Had an issue with a lost and broken tooth at #8 and #12. First of all Dr Blankenship was able to see me immediately because I needed my smile for my granddaughter’s wedding in 4 days.Dr Blankenship is so knowledgeable and he gave me 3 options on repairing the tooth. He was patient and explained the cost of each option. He repaired the tooth and I plan to see him again for something more permanent. I feel that I have found an excellent cosmetic dentist in Galveston and would recommend him and Shoreline Dental to all of my friends! Besides that where else can you sit in a dental chair and watch

Awesome every time! All the procedures done quick and professional! The place is very clean overall with a nice little waiting area. Dr. Blankenship is always making sure to answer all the questions I may have. Not to mention I’ve had a “dentist phobia” since I was 7 - NOT ANYMORE! I've been going to this dental office for over 18 years and have recommended it to some of my friends and they have also been very pleased. Dr. B. and his staff are wonderful, caring, and very friendly. Susan is the sweetest hygienist you will ever find. Dr. B has done root canals and crowns for me and I have not had a single problem with any of the work he has done. I highly recommend Shoreline Family Dentistry; you will not regret it
