Great service and professional. They had a shipping issue with a tire I ordered. 5 stars on the recovery of the situation. Travis went out of his way to get me a temporary fix. Service guy (sorry, didn’t get his name), saved the day! He was able to repair tire, save me money and had me out in about half hour. Thank you.

I was always happy with the service at this place, however last time I was there with an appointment I was received at the front desk by a getto middle age woman wearing flipflops with a very rude attitude stating that she would not do my alightment bcause my control arms brackets where welded, lol there are suppous to be welded. She would not even take the time to listen to me and walked when I was trying to explain that to do an alightment you dont even have to touch the control arms and besides they where removable. Guy with the glasses behind the corner was just rude right off the bat ,proceed to ask for tires and just says NO! We dont have nothing like that without even looking lol . I get it it if you dont have them but why act like that to a potential customer. Just save your self some time and go to the clearwater location.

I have purchased a lot of tires here in the past for many different vehicles. I also had alignments done. They are always quick, polite, and honest. I recently got new tires for my truck and went back to get rims. The truck absolutely looks awesome now and I could t be any happier. I rather give them my business and I travel about 40 miles total to have them take care of my vehicles. We also did have an issue with a tire on my wife's car after they installed 4 new tires. They warrantied the tire as it continued to cause problems. Do yourself a favor and just go to Super Tires cause

I bought 4 used tires and 2 front brake pads and rotors and also got an alignment from this place 4 months ago and I will not be going back the tires were old and cracking and I didn't notice till a week late ive replaced 3 since then, I've tried to call to get them to set up an appointment and they keep hanging up, I asked if they could redo my alignment within the warranty and they told me the machine was down and now my alignment warranty is up so they want me to pay for another alignment. Overall I felt I was treated well at first but I was fooled this place is a joke!

I was there to buy tires but was lied to by "Manny" that works there and then treated to horrible customer service. If they're going to lie to their customers about the hours they're open, can you image what they would lie to you about your car? No thanks! Avoid these people at all costs. They look so shady. I purchased 4 used tires from this establishment about 10 months ago. I have maintained them by rotating and checking tire pressure. For a couple days now, I have been needing to put air in one of the tires. I thought maybe I ran over a nail, but when I got the tire inspected it was found that there was NO nail, but instead a tire that was previously patched on the side wall. It is ILLEGAL to sell a tire in this condition.
The leak was not repairable they said because the tire was previously patched on the side wall. This tire should never have been repaired AND sold to me

The staff was friendly and were able to have me come in quickly. They gave me a good deal for a used tire in good condition to replace my flat, and to fix my bent rim. The downside is the fact that they put the tire on backwards so I had to pay someone else to correct the issue after getting an alignment done... A mistake like that is ridiculous when the whole business is focused on putting tires on cars, especially considering putting a tire on incorrectly can cause safety concerns.

This place is unbelievable. They sold me a set of supposedly like new tires for $280. It took them over an hour and a half to get them on. I got halfway home only to have one fail. When I took the tires to Walmart, I found three of them had been patched or plugged. What really burns is that Walmart sells the exact tire for less than the used ones I bought here. Buyers beware. Buy these tires at your own risk!!!

4 run flat tires, barely worn, had half dozen to choose from, installed ON A SUNDAY, in an hour for a quarter of the new tire price. Every other tire place was closed or did not have the tires in stock. Thanks for saving me the headache of dealing with this during the week!

Had an agreement via phone with the office woman that it would cost $15 per wheel to move my TPMS sensors to new wheels that I had. When I arrived the wheel mechanic or owner came out and told me the price is $100 per wheel to transfer my sensors because he would risk breaking them and I would have to pay for it. RIDICULOUS! I am not going to be your insurance policy if you dont have the expertise to transfer tire sensors. Im not sure you should even be qualified to work on customers wheels because the next shop (Tire Express on 66th st) changed my sensors in all of 5 minutes without the ripoff

I had some hard to find expensive tires and I was looking to postpone a purchase for a bit. The Mgr Dino give me a deal on a couple used tires but Not far down the road I had to stop to put air in one tire when I saw a cut in the sidewall and a bulge of a bubble on the other.
So I called and he said to bring them back and he said he had another used set that he would install. Instead he lied to me. I have been there three times so I feel as though I can thoroughly review them.
1: The first time I dropped off my car and went and had a birthday lunch with my friend soI didn't have to wait around. I came back when I was told to and was asked to wait quite a while. Finally, I was told that the person who was working on my car had taken the key home. The owner went and picked up my key from his employee and then comped the $50 for the tire. That made up for my hour long wait on my birthday so I returned.

Disappointing. Drove 45 mins to come here for tires I was told were in stock over the phone. Get here and after waiting for 20 mins to be helped I'm told the tires were never in stock, and the other set I was interested in and were told were in stock over the phone were dry rotted and they wanted $300! Lady on the phone had such a bad attitude and clearly didn't want to be helpful. I asked her a question and she's like "look just come in and see for yourself". Seriously?!
