Services
We stock most parts and you can watch us do the repair at our place, which takes around an hour. We use an ultrasonic bath to fix water damage issues for all phones and tablets. Often it isn't the water that will wreck the phone but the corrosion after the water evaporates. If your Samsung S4 will no longer charge, no need to worry we can replace your dock connector same day.

These guys know their stuff. I took my Note 9 in for a new battery. They had to order the part, so I set an appointment for when the battery would arrive. They installed the battery in under an hour ( its not a simple install!!) . They set expectations on timing and met and exceeded my expectations! 5 stars!

The crew at the Hudson, WI KBA are AWESOME! We have been here a few times for cell phone issues and computer issues. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and super reasonable. Have a broken phone? These guys are the best. Fast turn around and they do a great job.
I was picking a phone up yesterday and didn't realize they were closed. One of the employees who was driving off and headed home for the day, saw me....and actually came back and re-opened for me so I could pick up my phone.
