Here's one of Wuzzy's little secrets on how to improve your PC's performance and a great way to use "MSCONFIG". One of the benchmarks that I use to see how well a system is set up is to time the start-up from "Power On" to the Desktop screen, watching to be sure the hard drive light is no longer flashing.
In computer talk, the term "Defrag" or "defragment" is not associated with a feature of explosive weaponry, although there are times when we feel like blowing up our computer! Instead, it has to do with wasted space. During the normal process of your computer hard drive operation, the data that is stored on it gets fragmented - that is - it gets spread out over the whole capacity of the drive.
Microsoft Windows has a boot process that will allow the Operating System to initiate in a Very Basic Mode with just the bare minimum of services. This is called Safe Mode. The screen will look different because it is in a basic 600400 resolution, there is no Internet connection, there are no sound drivers loaded, etc.

Excellent service. Wuzzy has decades of experience with computers and it shows. Reasonable price of 40$/hour, and he'll talk with you about what needs to be done and options to fix it. He suggested mailing a part but was happy to use one that I picked up across town, and helped me look for alternative parts.
Also, the Google maps location is a bit off. Where the dot is currently (6/5/2020) is an intersection that leads to Goodview Ave N from upper 1900s down. To get to the 2000s (like 2034, the address) you need to go a bit north to the next intersection that has Goodview Ave N
