I'm a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist with a big heart and an even bigger appetite for supporting people like you to feel healthy and vibrant. On a Friday night, I can be found in a yoga class, on a sunset stroll, or snuggling up with my cat Luna and a nerdy book. I've been working in the health field since 2009, which started with a twisty turny type field of work that I never could've dreamed would lead me here.

I practice a particular type of functional holistic nutrition, called nutritional therapy. As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), I am trained to identify the root cause of your symptoms rather than simply help you manage your symptoms, which are often the last thing to appear when something is off with your health.
