Tessa O'Toole Nutrition is run through Practice Better, a service that provides virtual, HIPAA secure video chat. Think of it as a super secure Skype service. Practice Better makes it easy for clients to share files, schedule appointments, gain access to protocols and forms and provides secure messaging between appointments.
What can a nutritionist help you with? As a nutritionist, I can help you get in touch with your body and its individual needs. I do this by assessing lifestyle factors like sleep and stress, medical and family history, current symptoms, conducting a Nutrition Focused Physical Exam, looking at the foods you eat, and lab work.
I'll be joining fellow Clinical Nutritionist, Meg Bowman, for weekly discussions on health conditions we frequently see in our practices and discuss easy and practical nutrition interventions, while sharing some of our own experiences. We are clinical nutritionists who take nutrition seriously. We also have a finely honed bullshit meter for "nutrition advice" frequently seen on the internet, and still laugh at fart jokes.

I highly recommend Tessa for anyone that needs help on their path to a healthier you. She helps give you the tools needed to establish a healthy relationship with food and break away from the diet mentality. Her passion for nutrition and her clients really shows during our sessions. She really listens to your health problems and doesn’t dismiss your symptoms. I feel so much better mentally and physically after my sessions with Tessa.
