A few of the drivers look real shady and the way they drive, speeding Zig zaging in and out of traffic is dangerous. I caught a driver doing over 75mph on the Bay Bridge.
They drive so bad I've call thier office and the CHP. for God sake they drive older and disabled folks around. I would take public transportation before taking a ride with this outfit.....

No AC during a heatwave. The van was so rough riding and any tiny bump on the highway or the freeway just jolted me and caused me more pain than I was already in. Then the van itself was in terrible condition It was dirty dashboard covered in dust, The phone number on the outside in the van is actually in the wrong phone number. Driver was in very nice kept apologizing for the condition of the van that between the smoke and the air and the heat wave it was just a very very uncomfortable ride and like I said this is supposed to be medical rides I'm not in the best shape I'm in a wheelchair and in

I had the pleasure of meeting Nabeel when my mom had a doctors appointment and needed gurney transportation. Mobility express arrived earlier than expected and were very polite and patient. My mom had a hip and femur surgery due to an automobil accident and it was a very difficult transfer. Nabeel and his partner found a way to transport her as smooth as possible. I am very pleased with their service!
