Bassa's Limousine Service is a family owned and operated business that has been serving Alameda and the greater Bay Area for sixteen long years. Founded in 1996 by Hoosen Bassa, a veteran taxi-driver with a keen sense of direction, Bassa's Limousine Service began with just one town-car and a strong devotion to treating clients with friendly, professional service.
Under Mr. Bassa's management the business thrived, quickly building a long list of loyal clientele. From one town-car, the fleet grew to two, then to three, and so on, as needed. With the passing of Mr. Bassa in January of 2009, his wife Sufiya has been independently running all aspects of the business from service to management, with the same commitment to excellence that her husband upheld.

I have been using Bassa Limosine Service for approximately eight years now, not only for transportation to and from Oakland and San Francisco airports but to other destinations in the bay area as well since I do not drive outside of Alameda. Bassa is always on time when picking my family and I up at our home or in meeting us at the airport.

Sophia is a delightful, responsive, reliable, professional and friendly driver. We only use her service perhaps 2x per year, but she always remembers us (especially my boys). Her SUV is very spacious immaculate and she arrives a little bit early. I highly recommend Bassa's limo service as it's a great way to start or wind up your trip.

This is the most reliable and dependable airport transportation in the East Bay! They are always on time, very responsive to both email and phone when booking with them, and are reasonably priced, and they can accommodate needs for a car seat. In addition, they are really nice people, which is a plus! I would not use anyone else!

My husband discovered Bassa's limousine service about 8 months ago and since then we've used them exclusively. Sophia is reliable and in fact she's always early. She's a great communicator and texts us when we're at the airport telling us where she'll pick us up. There's no confusion, waiting or frustration as you can experience with taxis. She always uses the most up to date apps to monitor traffic as it is no uncommon that there are sporting events causing delays on the bay bridge. My family has used Sophia at Bassa's on numerous occasions for our trips to OAK and SFO. She has never been late and is amazingly reliable. Communication is easy via text message after you've made your original reservation. Best of all, she also will provide car seats for your little ones upon request, so that you don't have to lug a seat with you on your vacation if you don't need one. Highly recommended!

I can't fully express my gratitude for Sophia's care and attention to our prom transportation problem this weekend. She made prom a magical event for two teens, and really helped the parents out with logistics and price. She was early at both pick up and return, very patient in waiting for the families to conduct their pre-prom fussing and post prom drop off, and drove them to and fro in a beautiful white SUV.
We will never call anybody but Bassa for future limo needs. Thank you very much!
