I live in a 2 story townhome in San Francisco that requires climbing stairs to enter it. My grandmother is very old and frail and has arthritis, so I hired Eden Medical Transportation's ambulatory services to carry her on the stairs in a stair climbing chair. They did a wonderful job and were very helpful, considerate and friendly.

Eden Medical Transportation has already assisted my family member with 2 gurney transport service trips within the last 2 months. Their very polite Administrator (Farida) helped me easily setup the service reservations. Each time they sent 2 transport service people and they were very kind and helpful in taking care of my family member. I called Eden Medical Transportation on Wednesday evening to request wheelchair transport for my brother from Concord, CA to Tracy, CA. Farida was friendly, kind and very efficient. She quoted me a total price (including rental wheelchair) that was $100 lower than another med transport company. I received a confirmation email shortly after my call. Their driver showed up on time, and safely and efficiently drove my brother to Tracy.

I am on the East Coast and my sister is in Oakland , California area, and she has special needs and is in a wheelchair. She has needed to go to Doctor's appointments 1.5 hour away and Eden Medical Transportation has been fantastic. On time, great drivers, professional and courteous and fairly priced. Highly recommend.

I used Eden Medical several times to help transport my 90 year old mother to an orthopedics appointment in the East Bay. The driver was on time, courteous, conscientious, and stayed through the entire appointment so that my mother would no have to wait for a pick up back to her care home. Highly recommend these dependable and honest people!

Fantastic, friendly, prompt and excellent service! From the first phone call with Farida to the medical drop off completion, the service was professional, sympathetic to my dire needs and incredibly efficient. Even when my medical procedure took longer than expected, the driver was so patient and understanding. Many companies offer medical transport. Eden is the best I have ever used. Office staff are always helpful. Drivers are knowledgeable, punctual, and courteous. Vans and wheel chairs are first rate. In fact, Eden transport is an all around first class operation. You would not be disappointed.

The worst experience ever. They were 2 hours late on a major move we had been anticipating for weeks in advance. The drive was even worse! It was the longest 4 hours and on top of that there was no AC the whole way. With major brain trauma and him being very sensitive to heat it was needed. The drivers even stopped to make sure they got themselves some lunch with him left in the van. Ultimately we were late to check in and get evaluated by the clinic on time, causing unnecessary stress to everyone. I really feel like he was just another number to this company and not sure how they are in business

I highly recommend Eden Medical for transportation. They were punctually picking my grand mother up and i can yell that they are were really professional in handling her in and out of the van, Especially, the driver made sure that my grand was comfortable, and kept on checking during the ride. Thank you again for keeping up with my elderly grand mother.
