Something's not working the way you want it to, despite having tried everything you can think of doing. You may feel bewildered by where you are at this moment. There is somthing that ails, but you don't know how best to remedy it, and it's difficult to conceive that it can be helped. While your troublespots may seem confusing, irrational, automatic, or permanent, they are in fact understandable and workable.
We often live our minds as they are, without giving them too much thought. It is not until something does not work that there is cause and need to give ourselves attention. While we might wish it otherwise, this actually can be a wonderful opportunity. This can be a beginning; one in which you become more knowlegable about yourself, you gain psychological and emotional skill, and you discover how new ideas and feelings can be created.

Services
The initial session(s) may be considered a consultation, where you and I will have a chance to meet, to talk about what you're looking for, to discuss the available options, and for you to get a sense of what it might be like to work with me. Following the consultation, we'll decide together on a course that may most meet your needs and preferences, and may be most likley to be helpful.
I am located in Woodley Park, across from the Zoo. I am easily accessible via the Red Line, and then a short 10 minute walk on Connecticut from either Woodley Park or Cleveland Park stations. Also, there is generally ample parking either on Connecticut Ave. or on the neighboring side streets. If you have any questions or would like more information about my services, please feel free to contact me.
