Services
VNCC is the fruit, if you will, of its director, Steve Billig's work in science, sociology and nutrition over 30 years. Combining extensive knowledge of the systems of the human body with a deep understanding of vegetarian nutrition, he has developed an approach that demystifies diet and health issues.
All Nutrition Counseling services begin the same way for. We examine people's current health, lifestyle, eating habits, work and family situation and personal goals. We ask people to complete a food diary, recording all food and drink consumed over a period of a week. We then put this information together to analyze the client's needs and develop a nutritional plan that will help the individual achieve his/her goals.
Are you feeling less than 100%? All people, vegetarians included, can experience health issues that can be rooted in nutritional imbalances or can be helped or even resolved with dietary and nutritional solutions.
