Follow up to review from Briana, I am indeed the family member that had to deal with this unpleasant and completely disappointing issue! Matt, you left me a VOICEMAIL message stating that there was nothing further you could do because your staff couldn't figure out how to ensure their work was accurate. This was a voicemail message on my office phone which I repeatedly gave you my cell phone number. Untrustworthy! I received a quote for homeowners insurance from Jenna. I accepted the policy, then approximately three months later, yes 3 months, I received another bill because Jenna quoted the wrong price! Do not use this disreputable company that 1)can’t figure out how to provide an accurate quote and 2) doesn’t stand behind the policy agreed upon. Jenna had the nerve to call and ask me what she could do for me yesterday and when I told her she can pay for her mistake she quickly hung up, pathetic, truly pathetic...

Staff is unpleasant, lack any follow up skills and have zero value for the client - as evidenced by lack of follow up, rude service, very slow to return calls (weeks), lack of execution on policy details and no interest in maintaining client relationships from Matt Smith himself.
We are looking to leave State Farm altogether because of such experiences with this office and will be contacting this office shortly to do so.

Left no less than 3 messages for Matt to return my phone call. Was assured by Jessica I’d get a call back, never happened.
Spoke with Nancy who was condescending and kept repeating herself without making much sense. Didn’t take the time to understand the issue at hand.
Our policy almost got cancelled as they never put it on auto renew (which we were told our plan was on when I had originally signed up with them). They said they texted us from the office but we never received any texts. Our State Farm office in another state not only emails but also calls if there are any pending issues which

I have been a customer with Matt Smith for 5+ years and the agency has never disappointed! He always returns calls in a timely manner and has assisted me with house, auto, boat, and business insurance inquiries. Rip off. I paid my auto insurance IN FULL. They sent me a refund cause they said I was on a "payment " plan. Again paid my insurance IN FULL. Then got a BILL for $98 cause they OVER PAID on my PAYMENT PLAN AGAIN paid my premium IN FULL. I don't know about any other State Farm agencies but DO NOT DO BUSINESSES in the Englewood office.
