Clinical studies have shown that whitening your teeth with carbamide or hydrogen peroxide under the supervision of a dental professional is safe for teeth and gums. The most common side effect is transient (1-2 days) tooth sensitivity. I've been coming to Dearfield for 5+ years between their Greenwich and Stamford locations and am really happy with their level of service and dedication. I come regularly for cleanings and have had a few crowns done and have been impressed with Dr. G and the team. They even produce crowns onsite which is super convenient if you need to go that route of work.

I fear that this post may make it impossible to get future appointments. However, I moved to CT recently, and I believe I hit the Dentist lotto! Dr. Gogate is AMAZING! He is so caring, thorough, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Changing dentists after over 2 decade with the same person is scary, and he made it easy. He and his team were wonderful. Also, as a grinder, it is hard to find someone who truly gets what that means to your teeth and jaw, and he came up with a great plan to try and resolve my problem. I am so impressed, that I sent my in-laws and niece and nephew to him!

I had a dental emergency on a Saturday morning. I was hoping to sleep late myself. Dr. Gogate was off but came in just for me. Not only did he fix the problem, but he did more than what was required. I'm grateful for Dr. Gogate and the Dearfield Family Dentistry. The office staff are also very pleasant.

I needed a new dental practice when I moved a few years ago and I'm glad I found Dearfield. Very professional, clean, friendly. Dr Lin is wonderful. She's an excellent dentist and she explains her work, which is reassuring.
