You take pride in your home. I take pride in a job well-done. I'm Jay Rauer, sole owner and operator of First-In Power Washing. Having worked for a local painting contractor, I've power-washed quite a few homes and driveways of all sizes. I understand the time and labor involved in a thorough exterior home cleaning.

I enjoy working outside and I enjoy offering a service that helps others. I've invested in my own business so I can bring my services to your home. As a full-time firefighter, I've learned a thing or two about water pressure. And as a homeowner myself, I know that a house is not only your home; it's your #1 investment.

2nd time we have used Jay Rauer for power washing. He is so good...I didn't move anything for him, he did it all. He is a Raleigh Firefighter, does this too, super job, highly recommend.

My driveway and sidewalks were in bad shape. Lots of mold and mildew over 10 years. They cleaned my driveway and now its spotless. I recommend them 100%!

We've owned this house for 12 years, and it never looked as good, as after Jay washed it.
My son-in-law pressure washed it twice, and ruined our screens.
No damage to screens, or vents after Jay cleaned the house.
Here's how we feel about him.... I just contacted him to power wash my daughter's home
